Occurrent 0.1.0 released

Occurrent is a set of event sourcing utilities for the JVM based on the cloud events specification. Read more on the landing page.

The first Occurrent version is now available (0.1.0). Occurrent will try to follow semantic versioning, but be prepared for breaking changes.
